Calvert Holdings, Inc. Announces Investment in Cure DM, Inc.

Cary, NC - November 2, 2006: Calvert Holdings, Inc. announces the completion of an investment in Cure DM, Inc. of Wynnewood, PA. The company investment is implemented through Calvert Research Institute – a development and investment division of Calvert Holdings. Cure DM fits the profile of Calvert’s latest strategic initiative to invest in and operationally support young biopharmaceutical development companies with large market valuation potential.

Calvert Research Institute Welcomes Sara Shen

Sara is originally from Shanghai, China and has recently received her MBA and MS degree in Economics from the University of Central Florida. She also has a degree in Applied Mathematics from Tongji University in Shanghai.

2005 Calvert Holdings Chairman's Award Winner Announced

Olyphant, PA - January 2006: Daniel Clark, Calvert Laboratories’ Manager of Information Technology was awarded the organization’s 2005 Chairman’s Award at the 2nd Annual Chairman’s Circle Celebration dinner at the French Manor Inn, South Sterling, Pennsylvania on Thursday evening, May 11, 2006.  Russ McLauchlan, Calvert’s Chairman and presenter of the award, was joined at this celebration by the company’s past 14 winners of the Chairman’s Award and their guests.  Calvert’s Chairman’s Award recognizes excellent individual performance by Calvert employees. This year’s event continued with the tradition of the Chairman’s Circle to annually recognize previous winners and their continued contributions to the organization.

Dan has been a part of the organization for almost 2 years and has played a critical role in the upgrade of Calvert’s information technology resources.  His knowledge and dedication in his field has allowed Calvert to stay competitive and provide our clients with excellent results.
